The Ape Rave Club continues to make waves in the music industry after a great year. This week they announced they are performing at Tomorrowland. Also, they will be the first NFT artist to perform at the massive event, headlining the main stage on July 24th.

Tomorrowland is a huge dance music festival, held annually in Belgium since 2005. This year, it will take place between July 22-24. Over 400,000 people attend the festival, and it is one of the most significant worldwide.
Now, Ape Rave Club is heading to the festival as one of the main acts. The artist will be playing alongside worldwide names such as Alesso, Martin Garrix, Tiesto, Marshmello, Alan Walker, Armin van Buuren, Steve Aoki, and many more. This news is a remarkable coup for the NFT music artist and the wider NFT community.
Ape Rave Club was born out of the Bored Ape Yacht Club, and its identity is rooted in the BAYC community. Their mission statement is “The electronic music scene is about to go BANANAS”. Furthermore, they plan to release crypto-native blockchain-based music via NFT platforms. Also, they consider themselves one of the first decentralized artists in the music industry.
Finally, many famous musicians own BAYC NFTs. The most notable BAYC holders are Justin Bieber, Eminem and The Bassjackers. Perhaps one day, we might see Ape Rave Club collaborate with one of them. The NFT music scene is growing, and it is great to see this artist at such a major event.
