CryptoBlades Kingdoms, the second installment of the CryptoBlades franchise, is teaming up with formidable AAA gaming partners! The goal is to capture the complexity of a video game and the earning opportunities from Play-to-Earn and staking mechanics.
CryptoBlades Kingdoms’ Partners
Gaming Studio DeGames successfully grew the first installment by 200x. They aim to replicate this success with CBK by partnering with veteran gaming studios. For example, Volmi Games is taking care of art and design in 3D spaces. They bring a wealth of experience to the table, having worked on Smite, ThroneBreaker and Metro.
Aside from the visuals, DeGames is also preparing CryptoBlades Kingdoms’ multiplayer infrastructure. So they are working with Improbable.io, which offers metaverse-scale technology for AAA gaming. CBK is in good hands because Improbable recently released a proof of concept. Basically, they hosted K-Pop star AleXa in an arena with thousands of spectators participating in different ways via ScavLabs.
Lastly, they covered creatives and marketing by partnering with The Mill. Their expertise is taking a creative vision and putting it into an elevated, high-quality cinematic experience. We’ll soon see them do their magic in the official trailer of CryptoBlades Kingdoms!

Game Progress and Staking Update
Aside from naming the partners that will elevate CBK’s gaming experiences, the team also shared the latest game updates.
Building on the success of the original CryptoBlades, you will also be able to import characters and weapons for additional earning opportunities within CryptoBlades Kingdoms. Some of the most anticipated features will soon be available! For example, player vs. player battles, dungeons, raids, guilds, guild battles and land managers.
The team is also taking the staking feature to the next level through CryptoBlades’ KING Token. To recap, this is the primary token for purchasing Land and Resources within CryptoBlades Kingdoms and Metaverse project OMNUS. So starting January 2nd, KING token holders can now stake for 30, 60, and 180 days to earn NFT rewards as well as over $1,000,000 in KING tokens!
CryptoBlades’ 2021 Milestones
2021 was a good year for the CryptoBlades franchise. They successfully released their own NFT Marketplace by July and welcomed the first 5,000 token holders. Then, the following month, they peaked at over 1.1 million users. In addition, users minted 5 Million NFTs and the Discord server reached 100,000 members.
On October 2nd, CryptoBlades Kingdoms went public, the first major expansion to the CryptoBlades franchise. This brings us to this point where the team is rallying the best blockchain game firms in the space.
