Esports Infrastructure firm ESE Entertainment together with Bitcoin Vault is releasing NFTs promoting esports talent show: SkillzVault by Bitcoin Vault.
SkillzVault by Bitcoin Vault is a global tournament where participants battle it out through mobile games like PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and Peacekeeper Elite. The grand prize is a seat to compete in the finals alongside the best of the best star gaming influencers from the participating countries.
SkillzVault NFT Drop
SkillzVault by Bitcoin Vault is one of the first global esports tournaments with its own NFT collectibles.
The collection will center around the five participating countries. The project already released South Korea’s NFTs on AirNFTS Marketplace. So the next sets will feature the remaining countries: China, Japan, Vietnam, and Brazil. The first four NFTs included images of the character that represents South Korea in the tournament.
Originally, ESE worked behind the scenes. They are responsible for the production, marketing and campaign roll-out. So this NFT project represents a pivot towards tech and digitalization. ESE Head of Strategy Michał Mango, shared that they are “thrilled to take their first step into the NFT space and capitalize on this opportunity.”
Meanwhile, Radek Popiel, Chief Communications Officer at Bitcoin Vault, is confident that this NFT drop will trigger a ripple effect. He said, “This is just the first step, and more will come in the coming weeks while we advance into SkillzVault.”
The competition started on August 2 in South Korea. Then, the Japan edition will follow on August 23. Finally, the project will conclude with a final match in Brazil on November 21.
