Tmas.eth or @itstylersays on Twitter unveiled his plans for his very first NFT Project: FUD Token. Basically, the token serves as the introduction of transparent, coordinated FUDing in the NFT space. Then, NFT holders can stake the tokens to earn the attention of T.mas.eth and he can potentially FUD the projects.
Understanding the Context
FUD is a crypto slang that means fear, uncertainty and doubt. The all-encompassing phrase is often used to dismiss the seemingly never-ending list of concerns and criticisms over the digital asset class. In the context of an NFT Project, the word ‘fud’ means evoking fear, doubt, or uncertainty to put a competitor at a disadvantage. Some say it is the worst trait of “digital investors.”
Tmas.eth has amassed a huge following on Twitter with a reach of almost 27,000 followers. His bio reads, “Big NFT Guy” and he is using BAYC #7123 as his PFP. He has gained popularity in the NFT space for his humor. He said, “My objective is to make you laugh. There is no path to happiness, happiness is the path.”

Understanding the NFT Project: FUD Token
The project is anchored on the premise that NFT projects fail because of rug pulling or if it fails to generate the necessary boost and hype to stand out from the sea of NFT projects. However, with the FUD token, the community can speed up this process.
How? Well, by staking the tokens, you can have the most famous FUDer in the NFT space throw shade at a project! So when you buy the token, you are basically asking to FUD a project. When staking, users need to pair the tokens with a Twitter handle.
Tmas.eth said, “The Twitter handles with the most tokens staked will get my attention. I may FUD the project, nothing is guaranteed by staking tokens, and no purchase is necessary since I am constantly fudding projects organically, the tokens are a joke, and we’re all just having a fun time here!”
Controversies and Reception
After the initial negative comments against the project, Twitter user @punk2476 came to his defense. The influencer, formerly known as Artchick, has over 123,000 followers on Twitter.
She tried to appease the community by tweeting: “don’t be mad at @itstylersays. The FUD token was my idea and it’s something that will be long-term and fun, plz give it a chance.” Adding that, she intends to get more influencers set up for transparency about payment via staking. Moreover, future drops would be free to mint.
Her surprise involvement drew mixed reactions from the community. One side is rejoicing, declaring @itstylersays as “uncancelled.” Meanwhile, others remain unconvinced. Others remain unconvinced, calling the project a “cash-grab.”
The website is now live, allowing users to purchase, then stake the tokens for 0.025 ETH each. The founder added that if users stake 20 FUD tokens, he’ll FUD any project.
