Galaxy Fight Club Has Been Accepted On Android x Apple App Stores

    By Ming HooiApril 18, 2022Updated:February 2, 20232 Mins Read

Alas, Galaxy Fight Club is coming to the Google Play Store and Apple App store! To be exact, the open beta will go live this Wednesday 20 April at 11 am EST.

The onboarding was not easy though. According to the team, they had to come up with 12 versions of the app at both Google Play and Apple App stores before getting the final go. Nonetheless, the team’s efforts are bearing fruits. Now, Galaxy Fight Club is one huge step forward to reaching mass adoption.

What is the Galaxy Fight Club?

Galaxy Fight Club is a cross-IP P2E game that allows you to fight as any NFT avatar that you like. You can fight as a Bored Ape or CyberKongz, as long as you own that NFT in your wallet. As the name suggests, the aim is to allow holders from the entire NFT galaxy (pun intended) to fight in this game. Think Smash Bros but in the NFT Universe.

As of now, some NFT collections you can play with include CyberKongz, BAYC, Animetas, BOTB, Wicked Craniums, Alien Boy, and more. The Galaxy Fight Club has its own NFT collection as well: Genesis Galaxy Fighters and 2nd Gen Fighters.

Although you can fight using your own NFT avatar, owning a Genesis Galaxy Fighter comes with its own perks. For one thing, each Genesis fighter generates 5-10 $GCOIN per day, which are useful for important in-game activities such as forging & upgrading weapons, training gen 2 fighters, etc.

Moreover, the game is free-to-play. If you don’t own any NFTs, you will be given a default base character to battle with. For each match that you win, you will earn Silver Keys which can be sold in the marketplace for ETH. Sounds interesting? Make sure you try out the game this week!
