Indonesia art project, the new venture from Solana and Pintu’s partnership

The Indonesia Art Project is celebrating various NFT artists and creators from November 30th to December 27th. In fact, it teamed up with Solana blockchain and one of Indonesia’s first crypto wallet – Pintu.

Many selected artists will win cash prizes. Particularly, a panel of judges, creators and collectors will judge various visual art submissions. Overall, there is a prize pool of around $70,000.

The Indonesia Art Project: Highlights

Throughout its course, many events will occur at the Art Project. Whereas the past events included Community AMA ( Ask Me Anything) on December 3rd, Physical NFT gallery on December 4th, a virtual gallery launch on December 5th. Meanwhile, the last date of submissions for digital artwork is December 27th and the results will be out on January 5th 2022.

Well, the winner will receive $10,000 as a cash prize, with the first runner up receiving $7,000, while the third-place receiving $5000.

Besides, the event is backed by its many partners. These are Project Serum, Project SEED, Solana Insiders, Magic Eden, Holaplex, Pintu Wallet and crypto enthusiast Arnold Poernomo.

Moreover, the winning artist will get a chance to showcase their artwork at Desolate’s digital artwork.

The judges will analyze the entries on the basis of  –

– effective message and impact
– creative interpretation
– command of medium and technical skill

Interestingly, there is no cap on the number of entries. But only Indonesian artists can participate in the competition.

Magic of Solana & Pintu at the project

Solana is a decentralized blockchain with fewer environmental fees and high-speed benefits. This enables NFTs to upload at marketplaces, without expensive gas fees.

On the other hand, the recently launched Pintu is a licensed crypto wallet and a trading platform. It aims to make cryptocurrency more understandable with its blog and UI. Also, it intends to lessen the gap between the Indonesian currency Rupiah and the crypto world.
