Invincible Kids might just be the NFT project in support of a good cause that you’ve been looking for. That’s because this amazing collection of 3,333 NFTs will be donating its sales revenue to charity!
Invincible Kids using awesome NFTs to help support vulnerable children
As exciting as the NFT space is, the projects that continue to flood it are certainly a mixed bag. That is to say, outside of a few key exceptions, NFT values are often rooted in speculation. Only a few NFTs offer major utility or significant resale value, and even the ones that do only serve to benefit a small number of people.
Enter Invincible Kids. In short, the Invincible Kids collection aims to show just how powerful the technology behind NFTs can really be. The way it is doing this is by using sales revenue from both primary and secondary sales to help children in need.
As noted above, the NFT project will use funds it raises from its sale to support charities. Specifically, ones that help support vulnerable children across the world. Not only that, but the secondary sales revenue will provide ongoing funding to help serve the Invincible Kids mission.
As one of the project’s founders, Jérôme Boé, told NFT Evening, “We’re tapping into the huge potential of this exciting tech to provide concrete help. Put simply, all of the money generated by the collection will get to the vulnerable children who need it.”
With that said, its charitable goals aren’t the only thing that this NFT project has going for it. For one thing, each NFT is made up of some incredible, hand-drawn traits! What’s more, owning an Invincible Kids NFT shows how its holders believe in the cause that the team is working for. In addition, the team plans to form a DAO as part of its roadmap. This DAO will allow the community to take part in the Invincible Kids journey every step of the way.
The project is focusing on community-building before its April launch
It’s still relatively early days for Invincible Kids. Indeed the NFT project will go live with its mint in April, with the team confirming the date in the near future.
As a result, the focus of the project right now is building community. Primarily, this is happening on both Twitter and Discord. Of course, if you like the sound of this project and its goals, be sure to check out those two platforms and lend some support!
Setting aside money for charity has long been one of the most admirable traits common among NFT projects. As a matter of fact, mega-hyped project Invisible Friends just recently auctioned a 1-0f-1 from its collection for charity. However, the fact that Invincible Kids is fully dedicated to its charitable mission is unique and incredibly admirable. With any luck, it will forge a path that more projects will follow in the future.
At the time of publishing, this article stated that Invincible Kids was a 10K NFT collection. The project has since adjusted to be a collection of 3,333 NFTs and the article has been updated to reflect that change.
