Liverpool Football Star, Robbie Fowler, is releasing an NFT Collection based on his illustrious career. Creative agency Project XIV designed an exclusive 5-piece digital art line for the “Robbie Fowler Collection.” The NFT Collection is a good mix of sporting memorabilia and fan experiences.
Project XIV took care of the creative aspect of the project. Although new in the industry, the creative agency has previously worked on high-profile projects for Nike, Adidas, Sony, Pink Floyd, SlipKnot and the Football Association.

The Robbie Fowler NFT CollectionÂ
Fowler is one of the most revered players in Liverpool’s history. The NFT Collection captures the most iconic moments of his decorated career at the Liverpool Football Club between 1993- 2001 and once again in 2006- 2007. Furthermore, the Digital art series comes with immersive experiences for the most loyal fans
Fowler shared that this NFT drop is a thank-you gift to his fans. He said, “I have been blessed with a long and great footballing career that allowed me to fulfill my childhood dreams. With the release of this NFT collection, I wanted to take this opportunity to give back to you, the fans for all your great support you’ve shown me over the years.”Â
As a player, Fowler is best remembered for being a natural scorer with an instinctive goal-poaching ability. In fact, he is the seventh-highest goalscorer in the history of the premier league. Thus, he earned the nickname “God” from the home crowd. This is the reason why the main piece of the collection is a 1/1 digital art titled “God.”Â

Digital Art “God” is inspired by Liverpool’s landmark Royal Liver building. That’s just the tip of the iceberg because the NFTs comes with two tickets to a home game for the 2021/22 season with Fowler himself. The winning bidder will also receive sporting memorabilia like a signed jersey, pair of football boots, copy of Fowler’s autobiography and print version of the NFT. In addition, the NFTs come with rights for a video call with Fowler.Â
Trading cards, Memorabilia and More
A portion of proceeds from this sale will go toward the Fowler Education and Football Academy. The charity organization aims to empower young people with football and education opportunities to prepare them for their next career step.
The Collection also includes 3 digital trading cards and 1 Limited Digital Art. The first one displays Fowler’s infamous arm in the air celebration titled “Made in Liverpool.”Â

The second trading card “Dockers” is an artistic piece in trading card style inspired by Robbie’s famous goal celebration on 27/03/97 vs. Norweigan team Brann in the UEFA Cup quarter-finals. It was an electric moment. Robbie had just scored his second goal when he lifted his shirt to display a T-shirt which read: “Support The 500 Sacked Dockers”. Naturally, the Liverpool crowd went wild. This moment cemented Fowler’s cult-hero status in Liverpool.Â
“England” is the final trading card. Aside from playing for his boyhood club, representing England on the big stage is Fowler’s greatest pride. Fowler earned 26 full caps for England, scoring 7 goals.Â
With the success of the fantasy football game Sorare, NFTs are becoming natural to football fans. So far, the game has signed up over 140 Clubs and Leagues before moving on to National Teams. So far, it has announced a licensing agreement with the National Teams of France, Germany, Brazil and Belgium.
The drop will officially take place on  July 9th, 2021 (12:00 PM BST) at Mintable
