At a time when new NFT projects are dropping left, right, and centre, CardaLordz is bringing something new to the table. The project, from Nakamoto Labs, claims to be the first spiritual NFT on the Cardano blockchain. It has a clear mission in place: to bring all global religions together via NFTs and a spiritual metaverse.
“The nascent NFT industry holds a lot of promises as it continues to leverage on other trending technologies, such as VR and the blockchain,” said CardaLordz founder Sean Kirtz. “CardaLordz formidable advantage is that it is the first spiritual NFT on Cardano with a unique plan for its own metaverse and a mission to bring all the world’s religions together.”
CardaLordz: Spiritual NFTs and a metaverse
From Christ to Shiva and Buddha, the CardaLordz NFT collection consists of nine spiritual deities with 9,999 variations. The collection also features Ra, Quetzalcoatl, Sun Wukong, Zarathustra, Zeus, and Amaterasu. Moreover, each NFT will come with a passage from the deity’s religious texts, thereby allowing users to learn more about various religions.
In terms of variations, each Lordz will have nine different background colours, nine styles of sacred geometry, and nine different numbers. But, why nine? This is no accident. In numerology, nine signifies completion and new beginnings.
While these assets work like any other NFTs, they have an added advantage: they function as 3D avatars and playable characters in Cardalordz spiritual metaverse. To fulfil their mission, the NFT startup recently acquired exclusive rights to O-Zone 3D metaverse on Cardano blockchain. Here, they will build Cardano’s first 3D virtual world where users can play games, attend concerts or religious ceremonies, and more.
CardaLordz Cardano-based NFT, or CNFT, is all set to drop at 9 am EST on November 18, 2021. A total of 9,999 NFTs will be minted at prices 36 ADA, 45 ADA, and 54 ADA. However, those taking part in the pre-sale will get a discount of around 20%. If you wish to join the pre-sale, register here.
What’s next for the NFT project?
As opposed to many projects focused on cash grabs, CardaLordz is in it for the long haul. It has both long-term and short-term goals and aims to build an active community and a lasting token. For this reason, the NFTs in the collection are quite affordable.
For now, the US-based startup’s focus is on building the metaverse and completing it in the next three months. Once the metaverse is live, players can play in three classes: The Creator, The Preserver, and The Destroyer. In Q1 2022, the team has plans to launch the second batch of Lordz—The Exodus Minting. In fact, the project is also planning to donate 10% of its proceeds to charity.
Moreover, CardoLordz is giving free NFTs to its members through various giveaways and contests to grow the community. For instance, the project currently has a 500 ADA Discord invite giveaway going on. Those who invite the most members to the Discord server will be the winner and take home 350 ADA and 1 Cardalordz NFT!
For more information on the giveaways and other updates, you can check out the project’s website, or follow it on Twitter and join their Discord.
