Fireside, co-founded by Mark Cuban, is partnering with Angry Lunch, led by Entourage creator Doug Ellin, to power its first new NFT TV show, Ramble On. Through this partnership, Angry Lunch will be offering 10,000 NFT membership cards for audiences to be part of the show.
Fireside and Angry Lunch to revolutionize the entertainment industry
Never before have we seen any TV show that allows viewers to participate in its creation using NFT technology. However, Fireside and Angry Lunch are kicking off this novel approach now by giving viewers immutable rights to the creation of Ramble On.
The show is a scripted dramatic comedy about veteran stars looking for career reinvention. Some of the notable cast includes Charlie Sheen and his father Martin Sheen. Additionally, Entourage stars Kevin Connolly and Kevin Dillon will be joining the cast as well.
According to Fireside CEO Falon Fatemi, NFT holders will get exclusive videos of the production process. And occasionally, the production team may reach out to holders for input while the show is developing.
“This idea has been spinning in my head for years and seeing it come to life is incredible,” said Doug Ellin, co-founder of Angry Lunch in a statement. Additionally, Foxman believes that Ramble On is the “flagship show that will mark a paradigm shift” in content production. With the backing of NFT enthusiasts like Mark Cuban, we expect to see more stories like Ramble On in the entertainment industry.
