NFTBerlin’s in real-life (IRL) events are back. They’re featuring top rappers like Snoop Dogg, CRO, Blockstar as well as other celebrities. The first annual unconference is scheduled for May 25 and 26 at the Alte Münze in Berlin, Germany. The conference will include digital art from top NFT communities like Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), CryptoPunks, Squiggles, and DAOs like Flamingo DAO, and Neon DAO.
The conference will feature Snoop Dogg, who has also claimed to be the NFT collector Cozomo de’ Medici. Fun fact, Cozomo de’ Medici’s NFT portfolio is worth over $15 million and includes several blue-chip NFTs like Bored Apes, Meebits, Mutant Apes, and more. His collection will be featured at the conference.
In addition to Cozomo de’ Medici, the unconference will include German rapper CRO. The rapper and his record label Two Sides invested in NFT Fuel, a platform that allows artists to manage their digital art. Speaking about the investment and the potential of the NFT market for artists, CRO said,
“I am convinced of the potential, not only for the music industry, but also for the other sectors of the creator economy. With Fuel, I have now found not only a team but also a model that I am so excited about.”
NFT Tickets at NFTBerlin
A neat feature rolled out by NFTBerlin is that each ticket holder is eligible to receive an NFT crypto art ticket. These tickets are created by German artist Ilan Katin. The tickets are divided into three tiers – access to the unconference and a private art viewing event.
NFTBerlin will set the stage for the return of IRL events for the NFT community. With celebrities like Snoop Dogg, CRO and partnered projects like BAYC and CryptoPunks, the unconference will provide insights into the development of the NFT market.
