The tech podcast Edge of NFT has just announced the first edition of the NFT LA Conference. This conference will take place between March 28 and 31 at various locations in downtown LA, including the LA Live Convention Center and Superchief Gallery LA.
What is Edge of NFT?
Edge of NFT is a podcast hosted by Eathan Janney, Jeff Kelley and Joshua Kriger. The podcast prides itself on exploring NFTs in detail and taking a deep dive into the human element of how NFTs change the way we interact with the things we love.
Edge of NFT has already participated in a number of NFT conferences. In 2022, their focus is on creating an immersive conference experience unlike any other. Therefore, the podcast brand is now working with Blockchain Marketing and Honey Suite to make NFT LA a reality.
An overview of NFT LA
The three-day, star-studded conference will feature panels and presentations from more than 60 thought leaders shaping the metaverse and NFT space. In addition, there will be 65 exhibits as well as 27 artists present at the conference.
Notable names include Tom Bilyeu, CEO & Co-founder of Impact Theory Studios and Quest Nutrition; NBA All-Star and Black Santa founder Baron Davis; Animoca Brands CEO of North American Operations Robby Yung; DJ, producer and NFT enthusiast Steve Aoki as well as Fireside co-founders Mark Cuban and Falon Fatemi.
THINK:X will present an immersive experience that explores the music Pink Floyd at Wisdome Art Park. This 360 immersive experience will feature various iconic artists, including Scott Page (Pink Floyd), Kenny Olson (Hendrix Experience) as well as Stephen Perkings (Jane’s Addiction).
Why NFT conferences are important
Josh Kriger, The Edge of Company and NFT LA co-founder, shared the conference’s vision: “NFT LA is going to capture the energy and excitement NFTs have inspired as a disruptive force in global tech trends. Los Angeles is the perfect backdrop to celebrate the intersection of NFTs with art; sports; entertainment; music; gaming; tech and finance.”
He continued, “As NFTs become more popular, we need to explore the long-term use of NFTs within society and how individuals relate to NFTs. Our team’s goal is for NFT LA is to spark curiosity, connection, and co-creation”.
Many startups will use NFT LA to network and launch new projects and partnerships. As a result of the upcoming conference, Edge of Company has already partnered with product and strategy company AE Studio. Together, they will launch Edge of AE at NFT LA – a project that supports the growth of the NFT space.
NFT LA is the latest in a series of conferences celebrating NFTs and the metaverse taking place around the globe. Recently, NFT Paris hosted the world’s most notable influencers, collectors, and pioneers within the NFT space.
