CryptoTwitter was immediately wary of NFT Worlds’ brief win. @mart1ndoteth tweeted: “Won’t last long. They are just Minecraft maps. The market will eventually find out that Minecraft maps have been free for 13 years. Hold your Mutant, don’t trade it for a Minecraft map”. In fact, the tables quickly turned a day later; with NFT Worlds’ floor price decreasing to 16.36 ETH and MAYC’s to 18.169 ETH.
