The Star Wars NFT collection features icons of this enormous film universe. Designed to be all-gold, the Golden Moments will be an excellent purchase for Star Wars fans and collectors. Also, courtesy of VeVe, everyone who buys one of these NFTs will get access to Disney+ for three months.
Star Wars is one of the biggest film franchises of all time and is part of pop culture, influencing everything from cinema to art to music and much, much more. Released in 1977, the film changed cinema.
Star Wars was an overnight success, and huge queues formed to see this weird and wonderful film. It is a ‘space opera’, a mixture of classic western, science fiction and fairy tale. Furthermore, Star Wars was revolutionary at the time and featured new technology never seen before.
Written and directed by George Lucas, this space-fantasy has influenced the world as we know it. With roots in mythology and featuring cultures from across the globe, it is truly one of the giants of cinematic history. Now NFTs are the new groundbreaking medium, and Star Wars are entering the universe.
The gold digital collectibles will be sold as a blind boxs. It means that you won’t know which character you are purchasing until you have brought it. You can then buy additional NFTs or trade with other users to trade. Just don’t become like the Star Wars character Watto, the horrible shop owner/hoarder.
Star Wars NFT features galactic icons.
The Two featured Star Wars NFTs are C-3PO and R2-D2. The pair don’t often see eye to eye in the film series, but as NFTs, they look great together.
C-3PO is a droid programmed for etiquette and protocol compliance, whilst R2-D2 is an astromech droid known for its bravery and wit. The pair make a great team and play a massive part in saving the galaxy from the dark side.
Both of these NFTs will drop on 11th November, 12 pm, Pacific Time (PT). There will be 12,333 C-3PO’s and 8,333 R2-D2 NFTs. Both are first appearance editions and are common in rarity, according to official Disney stats. If you want to buy either of them, it will cost $60 each. To purchase one, you will need to go through the mobile app on either iOS or Android.
Finally, the Star Wars NFT is part of a more extensive collection of Disney Golden Moments NFTs. There are several different franchises involved in this collection. In the collection, there are characters from Marvel, The Simpsons and Pixar. Some of them are available to buy on the secondary market via VeVe.
Hopefully you are one of the lucky people to receive a Star Wars NFT. May the force be with you.
