Blockchain service platform PlayDapp has signed a global rights contract for Dragon Blood. This will allow key game items of the popular action blockchain MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-playing games- meaning they will be utilising NFTs.
With this contract, PlayDapp can apply the PlayDapp SDK to the game. PlayDapp SDK provides a solution to blockchain games, turning them into dApps. Additionally, this will add the ability to mint, burn, and trade NFTs in the game.

What is Dragon Blood?
Dragon Blood is a mobile action MMORPG on the blockchain developed Nextend in Korea. The developer released the game nationally on August 18. Since its launch, the blockchain game has grown in popularity, garnering over 1 million pre-registers, PlayDapp said in a blog post. Not only that, it was the most popular game in Korea’s app markets like Google Play Store and Apple App store.
“We have fully verified the playability, stability, and balance of Dragon Blood through a domestic service,” PlayDapp said. “We are excited by the ability to launch a globally serviced version of Dragon Blood. One that will have blockchain technology applied.”
In the game, players can take part in large-scale battles using Dragon weapons. Additionally, this MMORPG blockchain game comes with all the essential RPG elements; including character growth, dragon development, and item production.

A dApp game portal, PlayDapp offers a range of games that players can enjoy. It aims to bring more non-crypto gamers to the world of blockchain gaming.
