The woman-led project hopes to attract more women into the NFT space. Karine hopes to empower more female business owners through KarineDAO. Among her top goals is to increase the number of female NFT collectors and traders. Currently, males dominate this group of enthusiasts in the Metaverse.
Another project goal is to foster a thriving community among KarineDAO members. Karine wishes to help them earn in the NFT space by tokenizing unique content. Finally, KarineDAO seeks to support women-led startups and potentially fund their ventures.
Who Is Karine?
Karine Cheong is a beauty expert who won the Asia Successful Achiever ’17 award. To date, she’s already had 10+ years of experience in the beauty and health industry.
The KarineDAO team includes Karine herself, plus a few experts in tokenization. These include Hong Qi Yu, Project Advisor, and Alson Chia, Project Manager. Yu is also the CEO of Tokenize Xchange. Meanwhile, Chia is Head of Operations & Trading at the same company.
