ARC Community launched in December 2021 with the vision of bridging the real world and the virtual world, connecting Web2 to Web3. The founders Kiat Lim and Elroy Cheo intend to create a community of innovators, thought leaders, and creatives. This includes anything from entrepreneurs to social media influencers.
Evidently, the project establishes a platform for them to share and collaborate among themselves. And the ticket into this exclusive club, ARC NFTs.
Who is ARC?
Besides being crypto-enthusiasts, the glaring similarity between Lim and Cheo is that they are both heirs to their respective family wealth, representing two of Singapore’s wealthiest empires. Fittingly, this gives them backstage passes to the ins and outs of Singapore’s elite community. Coincidentally, they both have sisters who are successful social media influencers. As of December 2021, they join a long list of wealthy investors to jump on the NFT bandwagon.
What is ARC?
ARC believes that connecting these group of like-minded individuals can open up a realm of possibilities in the blockchain space. Participants need to hold ARC NFTs to join the community, and each participant will be verified to develop an engaged and genuine community. Subsequently, this will create a safe space for everyone to share their ideas and personal stories while reducing the number of malicious parties.
In addition, ARC’s roadmap includes hosting exclusive member events where the participants can meet in person. This allows the members to bond and develop real relationships. Eventually, the company plans to launch the ARC metaverse, encompassing gaming elements as well.
The company is currently looking to expand their team and is accepting CVs. However they did not specify as to what type of talents they are looking for. This project is still in its infancy and there are minimal available products. However, the duo’s high profile entrance into the space beckons the community to anticipate further updates.
