Snoop Dogg – also known as Cozomo de’ Medici – has just announced a drop in collaboration with artist BossLogic. The new Snoop Dogg NFT collection, Supercuzz, will drop on March 17 at 3:30PM (PDT).

The Supercuzz NFT collection features BossLogic artworks. Essentially, they are animated comic book covers that feature Snoop Dogg as Supercuzz – a superhero from the streets of Angel City. By day, Snoop Dogg is a “self-made crypto-trillionaire.” By night, he’s Supercuzz, “smoking the forces of evil and weeding out crime.”
Cordell Broadus, Snoop’s son, participated in bringing Superbuzz to life. He handled the creative direction of the five covers. In addition to the covers, the drop also includes unique Snoop Dogg voice animations.
Supercuzz x MakersPlace
The exclusive NFT drop will be available on MakersPlace; an NFT art marketplace that ensures that every digital collectible is authentic and truly unique. In fact, all MakersPlace creators signs and issue each collectible to safeguard their authenticity.
MakersPlace CEO Craig Palmer commented on the collaboration: “Snoop Dogg and BossLogic are two iconic forces in their respective crafts and are both pioneers in the NFT space. We’re honoured to host the release of SUPERCUZZ collection on MakersPlace and give art enthusiasts accessibility to purchase NFTs from their favourite creators.”

About BossLogic
BossLogic started his career drawing fan art on social media. Now, he regularly works with DC, Disney and Marvel and creates artworks for blockbuster movies. In 2017, his fan art portraying Rosario Dawson as a Mandalorian character impressed the film studio so much that they actually hired Dawson for the role. Since BossLogic’s work is natively digital, the NFT space enabled his fans to own his work. He is now one of the most successful NFT artists in the metaverse.
This drop is far from Snoop Dogg’s first foray into the NFT space. Over the last 18 months, Snoop has positioned himself as an NFT influencer with a sizeable NFT collection. Snoop recently worked with The Sandbox on Snoop Dogg avatar NFTs. In addition, he announced that he is relaunching the newly acquired Death Row Records as an NFT label.
