Team Liquid is a leading worldwide professional esports organization, while Coinbase is US’s largest crypto exchange. So this strategic partnership will take advantage of the partners’ technology and reach.
Scope of Partnership: Team Liquid and Coinbase
The partnership will focus on Team Liquid’s premier offerings, emphasizing community, competition, content and commerce. Meanwhile, Coinbase will enhance Liquid+, the esports organization’s community platform. Fans will be treated to a variety of new themed experiences and activities. The flagship milestones are the launch of the Liquid+ Mobile App (Nov. 16) and the inaugural Liquid+ Scouting Combine (Q1 2022)
In parallel, Coinbase will bring its commerce and payments expertise to Team Liquid by integrating a crypto-based payment feature for the TL store.
In return, Team Liquid jerseys will prominently display and promote Coinbase. Then, support the historic TeamLiquid StarLeague (TSL) and collaborate with the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster on content. This includes the development of NFTs.
