VINCI Appoints Former Tesla Senior Director as COO
The upcoming European NFT marketplace VINCI announced its new COO, Tobias Duschl. Meanwhile, the new COO has ten years of Silicon Valley experience, including seven years in operations at Tesla. Furthermore, while at Tesla, he has worked closely with Elon Musk and the Tesla leadership team.
Moreover, Tobias has a Ph.D. in Management & Economics from the University of Zurich. In 2012, he joined Tesla and was promoted to Senior Director of Global Business Operations in 2016. There, he focused on developing digital and data tools for delivering global service programs.
In fact, Tobias left Tesla in 2018 and became the Vice President of Operations at Relativity Space and Modsy. Also, the new VINCI COO has worked at BMW Group and consulting firm Swiss Economics. In addition, he has also advised several technology startups.
Reportedly, at VINCI, Tobias will be managing operational strategy, process optimization, recruitment, performance reporting, and company culture. Further, the former Tesla Senior Director will also look over analysis, planning, funding, and building a state-of-the-art financial team.
