Turkish Football Club Trabzonspor Announces Their Debut NFT Collection

Trabzonspor, the iconic Turkish football team, joins the NFT space with a collection that celebrates its sporting history. The club will debut its NFT collection through Sportium, the leading NFT sports industry platform in South Korea.

Although there is no official date, the NFT campaign will reportedly begin in Q2 2022.

Currently, Trabzonspor is having one of its best seasons in recent history. The team sits top of the Super Lig table, eleven points clear of their rivals, Fernabahce, with only four games remaining.

The 2021/2022 season is an exciting time to be a fan of the team. As things stand, they will win the top league title in Turkey for the first time since 1983. Also, the introduction of the NFTs will give fans of Trabzonspor a chance to celebrate the championship uniquely.

There are three NFT collections by the football club celebrating the club’s unforgettable moments. These collections are the “Trabzonspor Championship Collection”, “Historical Collection”, and “VIP Auction Collection”.

While it is unclear about the price aspect of all the NFTs, we know the “Trabzonspor Championship Collection” price. The price reflects the license plate number of Trabzon, which is $61.

What’s more, each of these NFTs will include an NFT of a football top representing different squad players.
