Collectors, prepare your digital wallets because one of the most promising – and annoying – NFT projects launches tomorrow! The Fud Society, a collection of 9,999 NFT avatars called ‘Fuds,’ is hosting its pre-sale at 3 pm EST.
Accordingly, the pre-sale will feature 2,000 NFTs, and a maximum 2-mint limit for each collector. The mint price for this first drop is set at 0.09 ETH, and the official mint link will be posted on the Fud Society Discord channel.
The announcement comes along with an exciting contest announced via Twitter. The team is offering 100 whitelist spots, 1 FUD landowner, and other surprise prizes to its most active community members.
What is the Fud Society?
The Fud Society is an NFT collection featuring 9,999 avatar-style NFTs. In essence, the word ‘fud’ means evoking fear, doubt, or uncertainty, to put a competitor at disadvantage. Ironically, that’s exactly what these guys are!
The fudders are a reflection of the worst behaviors in today’s digital ‘investors.’ We see hints towards rug pull schemes, cryptocurrency, and other unique traits. The result is a funny, yet satirical collection ready to create a powerful community.
As a result, the Fud Society has big plans ahead too! Right now, the team is looking for land within The Sandbox ecosystem. There, community members will be able to create a Sandbox game and trade the official $FUD tokens for new items or characters.
