Tomorrow, Thursday, May 19th, marks the beginning of VeeCon 2022! The first-of-its-kind NFT ticketed event is set to take place over four days at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Serial entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk and his VeeFriends NFT collection are hosting the event, which is set to be one of the biggest NFT and Web3 conferences ever.
VeeCon is here after a year of anticipation
As many know, VeeCon was first teased in the run-up to VeeFriends’ launch in May 2021, with the official announcement for the event coming later in September 2021. As a matter of fact, VeeCon was one of the major utilities that come with owning a VeeFriends Series 1 NFT. That’s because those VeeFriends holders get access to VeeCon 2022, 2023, and 2024.
The marquee NFT project, VeeFriends, was inspired by Gary Vee’s desire to use NFTs to build a community around his creative and business endeavors. What’s more, Vaynerchuk actually created, designed, and drew each of the 268 VeeFriends characters for the 10,255-piece collection.
Significantly, the tokens all represent the values that Vaynerchuk holds dear and wants to instill in others. Indeed, the event is a way of bringing the VeeFriends community together, as well as a wealth of iconic speakers, to celebrate those values.
“VeeFriends and VeeCon are the culmination of my business and creative passions; this makes it special to me to see the first inaugural VeeCon come to fruition here in Minnesota,” said Vaynerchuk.

The VeeCon 2022 Schedule is packed!
To be sure, VeeCon has lined up what could be the most impressive collection of speakers and performers at a Web3 event to date.
U.S. Bank Stadium will be filled with a range of amazing activations. These come courtesy of VeeCon’s fantastic partners like Coinbase, Ledger, Immutable X, Gala Games, and Pepsi. Given that this event is all about community, attendees will also find locations curated specifically for people to connect and network. And if they need a moment to take a break, they’ll find that the Cameo Pass Chill Out Zone is the perfect place to do just that.
Throughout VeeCon 2022, event attendees will have the chance to hear from leaders in the fields of business, music, art, Web3, sports, and popular culture. This mix of speeches, educational talks, interviews, and more will take place all throughout U.S. Bank Stadium. So let’s break it down day by day!
Day 0: Thursday, May 19th
VeeCon 2022 will kick off with the Massive Minnesota Meetup Welcome Party on Thursday at 5 pm local time. Notably, the State of Minnesota is an official partner of the event. One of the main attractions of the party is a pitch competition of Minnesota’s best start-ups. Besides that, there’ll be food stations, vendor displays, music games and so much more.
Day 1: Friday, May 20th
Friday is when VeeCon really kicks into gear, with doors opening at 8 AM. Vaynerchuk himself will start things off with a keynote address at 9:30 am.
After that, a full day of speaking events will follow. The incredible list of Friday speakers includes brain coach Jim Kwik, filmmaker Spike Lee, and world-renowned author Deepak Chopra.
Captain Morgan and bibigo will cap off the programming for the day with a 5 pm happy hour. That’s just the beginning of the night though, as there will be a 7 pm concert featuring LULÚ and Millie Go Lightly, and with a headlining performance by TLC presented by OneOf.
Day 2: Saturday, May 21st
As on Friday, doors open on Saturday at 8 am, with Coach presenting a “Coffee and Convos” welcome.
The second day of programming features giants from both pop culture (Pharell, Seth Green, Mila Kunis, Logan Paul, Guy Oseary) and Web3 (Evan Keast, Yam Karkai, Isaac “Drifter” Wright, Beeple).
In addition, some highlights of the Saturday schedule include sessions with Eva Longoria and Huda Kattan on empowering women in Web3 and a session by Miguel and Roger Chabra moderated by Vaynerchuk.
Johnnie Walker takes the happy hour hosting duties for the day. Likewise, Saturday’s concert features Garzi, Lian Faz, Immasoul, Lil Polo Tee, Fresco Trey, and a headlining performance by Miguel.
Day 3: Sunday, May 22nd
The final day of VeeCon begins with a VeeFriends community brunch, with music by DJ Mad Mardigan.
Programming begins at 11:00 am with Mark Manson on the main stage. The day will also see sessions with speakers Tyler Hobbs, Erick Calderon, SLOTH, Danny Cole, and Jen Stark.
Last, but by no means least, the VeeCon 2022 finale features Snoop Dogg, Nick Adler, and Champ Medici. Finally, Gary Vaynerchuk will round out VeeCon with a closing keynote.
