Penske and Autograph announced an exclusive deal, which encompasses three, storied and globally relevant racing brands: NTT IndyCar Series, The Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and Team Penske. This will be a multi-year partnership and will premier its first NFT drop “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing,” end of May.
Autograph is the Web3 brand co-founded by Tom Brady. Furthermore, its mission is to pioneer a new era of digital experiences.
Autograph and Penske will be leveraging their communities, past and present drivers and race cars. They will also be doing ticketing activations around the Indy 500.
Autograph and Penske Partnership Will Launch in Tandem With Indy 500
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway has been the worldwide leader in motorsports entertainment since opening in 1909. This racing spectacle will serve as a launch point for the partnership’s utility-driven NFT collection.
Team Penske’s goal is to grow the engagement they have with their fans across the NTT INDYCAR SERIES. With the NBA recently announcing their move into Web3, the Indycar Series has followed. In addition, both Autograph and Penske believe that the convergence of sports and Web3 technology provides several opportunities.
This is a strategic partnership that both companies feel extremely excited about moving forward.
