From a champagne tasting room to a movie theatre and a retractable DJ deck, Palazzo di Vista is replete with luxurious details. The $87.77 million mansion in Bel-Air, Los Angeles, also boasts a multi-sensory NFT gallery.
The contemporary home was built by celebrity dermatologist Dr Alex Khadavi and is currently up for sale. The cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon collaborated with Ali Rad Design Group to bring the mansion to life.
Palazzo di Vista’s NFT gallery
Sprawling across 21,000 square feet, the mansion has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Palazzo di Vista comes with an NFT gallery as well as a light show, making it the perfect home for an avid NFT collector.
The NFT gallery is already equipped with a collection worth $7 million, reported Robb Report. The buyer also has the option to purchase these artworks separately. Some of the artworks include those by artist Ghost Girl and music producer BigHead. Works of Andy Moses, Shane Guffogg, and Jimi Gleason are also featured in the gallery.
Furthermore, the gallery comes with seven large-screen media displays. In addition, it has a rotating 3-D laser projector that can cast light over the pool, inspired by California’s Disneyland and its World of Color light show. The buyer can use the projector to display digital artworks in all their glory.
Moreover, the house has other features such as a car gallery, a koi pond, and a glass elevator. It is also located on top of a promontory and offers views of the San Gabriel Mountains and the Channel Islands.
The LA mansion showcases how the NFT craze is seeping into the real estate market. Recently, Auction house Seen Haus’s real estate NFT marketplace had auctioned an apartment in Kyiv, Ukraine.
