Terra Cute is an upcoming collection of 3450 handmade NFTs which will play a part in the play-to-earn game. Interestingly, the project will launch on the Terra blockchain, an open-source stablecoin network.
The Project Launch
The Terra Cute NFT project will launch today (March 19th) at 9 PM UTC-5. The mint price is 1 LUNA, Terra blockchain’s native token. At the time of writing, 1 LUNA is equivalent to $88.20. Those who were on the whitelist already had a chance to mint. Accordingly, the public mint will now take place, using the Random Earth platform.
About Terra Cute
The collection of NFTs will be a part of Terra Cute’s unlimited 2D world, where you’ll be able to own characters, meet friends, communicate, design and play games while earning money. All you’ll need is a character to interact with. Then, you may walk about in a vibrant, almost endless world. Each character NFT is distinct and has its own set of cool talents. These come in the forms of animals, robots, ninjas, sports, and scary characters.
Furthermore, Terra Cute hopes to launch its own cryptocurrency, $CUTE, looking to provide holders with airdrops.
For this collection, each NFT is unique and has a very detailed animation. Moreover, all of the NFTs have been handmade by Terra Cute’s graphic designer and his team. Each line, each shape is unique, rather than computer-generated like many NFTs today.
Apparently, each person who holds more than 2 NFTs will be eligible to receive one in physical form. Participating holders will receive a real-life 10×30 cm 3D figure. Thus, they hope to start the physical production of physical NFTs in Q2 of this year.
The Terra Blockchain: Is it Ethereum’s Next Big Competitor?
Terra is an up-and-coming, exciting blockchain. People are leaning toward Terra. It was started in 2018 by Do Kwon and Daniel Shin. Notably, the chain is underpinned by the $LUNA token, which sits at a current price of $88.20, after seeing a low in the last 30 days of $47, and a high of $104.
Notably, Terra is one of the fastest-growing cryptocurrencies in the market. Within a very short period of time, Terra’s LUNA made it place among the top 10 cryptocurrencies, passing other popular coins including Shiba Inu and Dogecoin.
