Grammy award-winning DJ and music producer, Tiësto has released an exclusive NFT at the Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) Las Vegas. The drop marks the beginning of his Genesis NFT project “Eagle”. Tiësto unveiled an exclusive NFT during Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas this weekend, between May 20 and May 22. Apart from giving access to the DJ’s upcoming genesis NFTs, the EDC NFTs offer several other perks. This includes a preview of unreleased Tiësto music as well as access to other holder-only opportunities.
Actually, the upcoming Tiësto NFT collection features an eagle icon—a mysterious symbol often found in the DJ’s works. In fact, he sees the eagle as a “symbol of strength, perseverance, and new beginnings.”
“I’ve been invested in cryptocurrency for many years and have been fascinated by all that is happening in the NFT space,” Tiësto said. “I’ve been working on this project with my team for the last year to incorporate the blockchain with my art and music in new and exciting ways. This is only the beginning – as we continue to use this technology to do things that were never before possible. Welcome to the launch of the Tiësto digital universe!”
Starting 5 pm PT on May 20, the NFT will be available for purchase on LGND till 2 pm PT on May 27.
