A new WWE NFT collection is being launched thanks to a deal with Fox Entertainment’s Blockchain Creative Labs division. This comes just ahead of the forthcoming Survivor Series event.

Freshly-inked, the partnership marries the biggest brand in wrestling with one of the world’s largest media companies. More importantly, the contract commits to multiple years of NFT activity. It’s the latest non-fungible move from Blockchain Creative Labs, which was established in June 2021 with a $100million investment.
Previously the team released a line of tokens based on the popular TV talent show ‘The Masked Singer’. Crucially, this means the new WWE collection is the first from Blockchain Creative Labs not based on a Fox-owned property. However, the wrestling franchise does have a five-year broadcasting agreement with Fox. This began in 2018, and will be due for renewal in 2023.
The new tokens are all linked to images of past and present WWE stars, and competitions like Wrestlemania and SummerSlam, and will be listed on WWE’s NFT marketplace.

How to Access the Fox – WWE NFT Collection
Those looking to buy into the WWE NFT collection first need a digital wallet with Eluvio. Fans can pay with cryptocurrency, credit, or debit cards. This is often the case with more mainstream-targeted NFT series. The idea is to help those who are not crypto-minded step into the scene.
Given the scale of Fox Entertainment’s Blockchain Creative Labs investment, it seems clear the company is serious about NFTs. Meanwhile, WWE has already shown interest in the space. For example, in April it dropped a series based on the Undertaker. The character is one of the most enduring in the franchise. Elsewhere, wrestlers have created their own NFT series. In particular, Kurt Angle teamed with LuchaCoin for a drop. Meanwhile, John Cena also tried his hand in the proverbial ring. Although that didn’t go too well.
