American talk show host, Jimmy Fallon has become the next mainstream celebrity to step into NFTs, he’s added a Bored Ape Yacht Club to his NFT portfolio, also making it his profile picture.

Fallon announced on his show, as part of an interview with Beeple, that he had purchased an Ape. Specifically, BAYC #599, which he later confirmed on his Twitter. This is the only NFT he has purchased, but by looking at his wallet you can see he’s been transferred several other NFTs from different projects. Fallon purchased his Bored Ape six days ago on Opensea for 46.8 ETH, which was just over $225,000 at the time.
