This release includes a Grailed PUMA Slipstream NFT that can be used in Battle.town missions. Puma Pushes Phygital NFTs to the Far Future
Puma’s Slipstream shoe originally launched in 1987 as a high-performance basketball shoe. The revamp gives a fresh new twist to the shoes, thanks to digital artist Wagmi-san. Wagmi-san collaborates with Puma to offer fans a unique “phygital” experience. This collaboration involves a Grailed PUMA Slipstream NFT. This is exchanged for limited-edition physical sneakers. Hence, sneaker enthusiasts can get their hands on a piece of footwear history with a modern twist.
What’s more, the customized Grailed PUMA Slipstream Physicals and their NFT counterparts are available exclusively to holders of select PFP collections supported by the 10KTF ecosystem. These include popular collections such as Bored Ape Kennel Club, CryptoPunks, and Meebits.
Battle.town features several missions to choose from, similar to those from the end of season 1. Three missions are shown. Some missions will require specific items such as GTags and tools. Players select a team from their available parent PFPs. This levels the playing field to some extent. However, multiple wallets may manipulate this, and it may only apply to certain missions. Players also receive rewards for bringing new individuals to the missions. In season 2, the missions are expected to be exciting, and the writer looks forward to it.
How Do I Get On the Puma X 10KTF Allowlist?
To secure a spot on the allowlist for the upcoming 10KTF x Puma collaboration, there are two separate PREMINTS to choose from. The first allows 1,475 spots for holders with the Grailed, Enlisted, or Gucci Grail roles. Meanwhile, the second allows 500 spots for Puma Nitro Collection holders with the Nitro role.
To be eligible for a PREMINT allowlist spot, you must hold an APE balance of at least 200 APE at the time of registration.
